The chambers are built more into the BTS. Observation rooms are more so just elevated areas fully in sight. Core rails and vactubes can be seen all around moving products.

Unstable elements are things that can be changed when you fire a portal shot at them. Unstable targets send an output and unstable cubes fizzle when shot at.
