APPLICATIONS CLOSED

Welcome to the end of Phase 1, everyone! Shortly, I'll be sending out private direct messages on Discord to everyone who received Team Lead. Due to the amount of applications, we will have a nice even 10 teams, with 7-8 people each (the default will be 7 - some teams will receive one extra due to the final application count being uneven). A couple things to keep in mind:

• Please be patient! Leads need their time to decide who they would like on their team, and this is a process that will take the next few days up. Teams will be announced when Phase 2 begins midnight, May 1st CST.

• Didn't get Team Lead? Don't worry! With the team size changing, not everyone who applied was able to receive the Lead role. Your requests and considerations will still come first - we won't put you on a team that goes against the wishes you outlined on the form.

• Team Leads - don't reach out to the people you select! That will be our job once Phase 2 begins. AFTER we send the team announcements, you can create a group chat, server, private messaging group, whatever you may need to communicate with your group.

• Please stay positive. We've worked really hard behind the scenes to ensure everyone goes into this event happy and ready to compete! Always remember - your teammates are people too.
